I am a Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist and Senior & Dementia Care Advisor with 19 years of professional experience working with older individuals who have a range of cognitive and physical abilities and are from various cultures and socio-economic backgrounds. I feel strongly that regular therapeutic engagement, the creative arts, and a welcoming, sensory-inviting setting are key components to wellness. I am committed to helping promote healthier aging and overall quality of life for older adults and individuals with dementia and their care partners, using a person-centered, Dance/movement therapy and sensory hybrid approach.
